Langkawi Restaurant in Caringbah

The food was excellent. The social distancing was shocking. Supposed to have 4sqm per person. Did not happen. We were all sitting very close together. I am now very concerned for my health. You do not appear to have any CoVid-19 system in place. Tables were cleaned with a smelly rag.Quite a shocking situation.

I eat here regularly and the times that I have been there the food has been excellent.The service is always good (depending on how busy they are). I normally ask the owner what are the best dishes and they bring me a different dish each week.

Overcharged us; way of stealing money !! Disappointed by their service. Only reason I am giving a star because food was ok.

We are first time customers of Langkawi and my wife and I along with our 3 boys were simply blown away with the incredible flavour of the dishes!! We were all super impressed, thank you for the amazing meal!!

A fantastic restaurant with excellent food lots of variety of tastes the naan breads are always excellent and the special coffees made by the owner are a must.If you are searching for a wonderful meal in the shire head to Langkawi you won't be disappointed

Staff very friendly and food is good. Advertised as malaysian cuisine but definitely is Indian.Food was good, in particular the butter chicken. the chicken was cooked well and not dry and tough.Cheese Naan is also a winner.Only disappointment is the food is overpriced- it is not small servings, the size of curry is what you would expect but we paid $60 for 2 people for 2 curries, rice, 1 soft drink and 1 naan, which is a little on the steep side. I think the curries were around the $20 mark each.The decor is dated, and the menu's could be presented nicer, but it is what you would expect from a local indian restaurant.We will be dining again. Food and service is tops. The restaurant was pretty empty which we think is to do with the price.

The food at this family restaurant is delicious. We love the Beef Rendang, and the Peshwari Naan and the magnificent cottage cheese Malai Kofta. Fantastic use of spices and fresh Naan straight from the Tandoor. The best Malaysian/Indian in the Shire!!

Lovely friendly family restaurant, cosy and personal service. Food is really good too, stands apart from a million other thai/southeast Asian/Indian cuisine. I don't know how to pinpoint exactly but the flavours are just wholesome and satisfying.

Hi there, We ate here on a Friday night around 6.p.m.Decor was neat and clean, but a little uninspiring. Being the only customers at the time, service was fast.Our order was Butter chicken, Beef Rending, a cheese Naan, and one serving of rice.The servings looked quite small, but the deep metal bowls held a fair amount.Everything tasted fine, and the Naan was the best we have ever had.For 2 adults and 1 child the bill came to $52.00.Pros :Service was friendly, there is a parking lot across the street, and the food tasted good.Cons : A bit pricey, and the servings were a bit small. Mostly Indian style food.Tried it once, but wouldn't rush to go back soon.
